Use the verify tool on the Certificates page: type the certificate ID printed under the QR code, or simply scan the QR code with a phone camera. The result comes from our live records, so an expired, altered or invented certificate fails the check.
Search the member register (top of this page, right-hand side) by company name or IPM number. You will see whether the membership is Active or Lapsed, the plan, and their training activity level. If a company displays the Registered Member logo but does not appear in the register, ask them for their membership certificate.
Yes. The complete BS 7858:2019 Security Screening & Vetting course, exam and certificate are free, no card details needed. It exists so you can judge the quality of every other course before spending anything.
Individual courses are £29.99 each (launch offer, normally £69.99) with the certificate included. Teams get the whole catalogue for every employee at £30 a month or £300 a year.
Retakes are free, on every plan, until they pass. Certificates are only ever issued on a genuine pass.
12 months. Learners get an automatic reminder 30 days before expiry, and team managers see upcoming renewals on their dashboard and training matrix.
No. Officers and site staff sign in with a simple access code their manager gives them, no email needed. Managers and individual learners use a normal email sign-in.
The subscription runs for a 12-month term (monthly or annual billing) with a 7-day cancellation window at the start. Full terms are on the terms page and linked in your welcome email.
