What happens if someone fails an exam?
Retakes are free, on every plan, until they pass. Certificates are only ever issued on a genuine pass.
How long do certificates last?
12 months. Learners get an automatic reminder 30 days before expiry, and team managers see upcoming renewals on their dashboard and training matrix.
What are the team plan terms?
The subscription runs for a 12-month term (monthly or annual billing) with a 7-day cancellation window at the start. Full terms are on the terms page and linked in your welcome email.
