A Gold Shield programme is a set of courses that belong together. Complete every one and the shield is awarded automatically: a tier-branded, two page certificate with a QR code anyone can check, and a ledger of every pass behind it. Some programmes unlock a bonus course free.

Each course ends with an exam. Pass it and the certificate is recorded against your account, and against your employer's training matrix if you were assigned.
Your dashboard shows a live progress ring for every programme and the exact courses left. When the last one lands, the shield unlocks, along with any bonus course attached.
Page one carries the tier-branded shield and a QR code; page two lists every certificate earned. Anyone can verify it in seconds on the Resources page.
