Buyer's view

Check the register before you award a contract. On a member's profile look for:

Membership status. Active means the training subscription is current and staff can train and certify today.
Training activity level. Established, Active, Highly active or Leading, worked out nightly from how much of the roster is trained and how current that training is. The scale is the same for a firm of four or four hundred.
Credentials. SIA ACS, SSIP, ISO certificates and insurance, each marked Declared (listed by the member, not checked) or Verified by Induction Portal (our checker saw the document or register entry on a stated date). Verified cover of £5 million or more earns the Insured seal.
Training badges. Topic badges when the roster holds valid certificates for a programme such as BS 7858 awareness or ACT, and activity badges for the pattern of training over time.
Verifiable certificates. Every certificate carries an ID you can check against our live records in seconds.

Verify a certificate

Being on the register is not an accreditation, approval or licence. It is training evidence you can check.
