What membership includes.

One price for the whole company. Every one of our 94 courses for every employee, a public member profile that buyers can check, a named legal and standards update service, a monthly members' webinar, a templates library and renewal protection. Below is the full list, with nothing held back for a higher tier.

£300 a yearper company, unlimited courses for every employee
94 coursessecurity, facilities, care, construction and every workplace

Induction Portal membership is a register of training members. It shows that a company trains its people with us and lets buyers check the evidence. It is not an accreditation, approval or licence, and we never describe it as one.

INCLUDED IN THE £300

Six things every member gets

No add-ons, no seat counts, no per-certificate charges. The price is the same whether you have four staff or four hundred.

  • Free exam retakes until the learner passes
  • Manager dashboard with bulk import, assignment and compliance tracking

Member profile with badges and embed seal

  • Embed seal: one line of HTML that shows your live status and badge count on your own website
  • Membership certificate and the Registered Member logo kit for email signatures, tender pages and social media

  • A quarterly legal update briefing and an annual members' summit on top

  • Absence policy
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedure
  • Induction checklist

  • BS 7858 screening file checklist
  • Risk assessment template

EARNED AS YOU TRAIN

Recognition that costs nothing and proves something

Everything here is awarded automatically from the training your team actually completes. None of it can be bought, and all of it is visible on your member profile.

Compliance badges

Awarded when your roster holds valid certificates for a programme, and shown on the register with the date earned. A badge lapses when the certificates behind it do, so a buyer can trust what they see.

BS 7858 aware SIA refresher current ACT counter-terrorism trained Martyn's Law ready Safeguarding trained Health and safety inducted GDPR trained Fire safety trained First aid aware Employment Rights Act managers trained

Gold Shield tiers

Learners earn a shield by completing every course in a programme. The tier ladder climbs with the breadth of training completed and the highest tier is shown on your profile.

CREDENTIALS AND VERIFICATION

List the credentials you hold, and have them checked

Your profile can carry the credentials buyers ask about before a tender: SIA ACS, SSIP, Constructionline, CHAS, SafeContractor, ISO certificates, BS 10119, COP 119 and your employers' liability and public liability insurance. Each one is shown in one of two states, so a buyer always knows who is making the claim.

1

Declared, by you

Your company admin lists a credential with its reference and expiry date. It appears on your profile straight away, marked "Declared by the member, not checked by Induction Portal", with the reference masked and a live Valid, Expires in N days or Expired status. Listing is included in membership.

2

Verified, by us

Send a declared credential for a paid check. Our checker looks at the document or the issuer's public register entry and the profile then reads "Verified by Induction Portal on" the date, with what was checked and, where we confirmed it on the issuer's register, "Confirmed at source". Verification fees are being finalised.

3

What verified credentials earn

Verified employers' liability and public liability cover of at least £5 million each earns the Insured seal, and £10 million each earns Insured Plus. A verified SIA ACS, SSIP, Constructionline, CHAS or SafeContractor credential makes you an Assured Contractor on your membership certificate; verified ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or 27001 earns Certified Management Systems; verified BS 10119 or COP 119 earns Labour Provision Assured.

How credentials and categories work →

PAYE Verified. Show buyers that the people on your rota were paid through PAYE for a recent month. PAYE Self Verified is included in membership: your admin works through the five step wizard (scope and references, rota, RTI and P32 figures, payments to staff and HMRC, director's declaration), the automated checks run and the badge appears on your profile, marked as evidence held and not checked by Induction Portal. The paid PAYE check has an Induction Portal checker reconcile the month against the rota, the RTI submissions and the payments to HMRC; the profile then reads "PAYE Verified by Induction Portal", the badge shows on your card in the register and a verified PAYE counts towards Labour Provision Assured. Both badges are valid for six months. Payroll documents are seen only by our checkers and deleted 90 days after the decision. How PAYE Verified works →

Plain words, as always. A verified credential means our checker saw the document or the register entry on a stated date. It is not an accreditation, approval or licence, and the register never describes a member as one. Buyers can check any credential by its reference on the verification page, the same way they check a certificate.

ASK THE COMPLIANCE DESK

A question answered from the register, not from memory

Members can send a question about a training duty, a standard or a change in the law. We answer within two working days from the legal register and official sources only, and we tell you which source the answer rests on.

  • Which of my staff need which training, and how often
  • What a standard or an inspector actually asks for
  • What a dated legal change means for your roster

Answered within two working days from the legal register and official sources only. This is guidance, not legal advice. Questions are answered by email to the company address you give us.

We reply to this address. Company inboxes only, please.

Four short questions

The things companies ask before they join.

What does membership cost?

£300 a year per company. That covers every course for every employee on your roster, the member profile and badges, the update service, the monthly webinar, the templates library and renewal protection. Bespoke plans are available for larger and multi-site teams.

Is membership an accreditation?

No. It is a register of training members. It shows that a company trains its people with us and lets buyers check the evidence: membership status, training badges and verifiable certificates. It is not an accreditation, approval or licence.

How are training badges earned?

Automatically, from server-issued certificates, when your roster holds valid certificates for a programme such as BS 7858 aware or ACT counter-terrorism trained. Badges show on your profile and in the register, and they lapse when the certificates do.

What is the compliance desk?

A question service for members. Send a question about a training duty, a standard or a legal change and we answer within two working days from the legal register and official sources only. It is guidance, not legal advice.
